Stainless steel insulated pressure tank with a Lightnin mixer. The tank has a dish top with a 17" manway (certified by Paul Meuller). The manway has a 4.75" outside diameter sani clamp connection inlet. The tank has 6 sani clamp inlets (3 - 2.5" and 3 - 2" outside diameter) and a 5" diameter inlet where the Ligthtnin mixer (model XJSS-30) is bolted. The mixer has a 1" diameter shaft that goes to about 6"' from the bottom of the tank with 4.5" long impellers on the end. The inside of the tank is 36" diameter x 71.5" tall with a dished bottom (approximately 300 gallons or 1100 litres). It has a 1.5" diameter centre outlet that comes out the side and is 5" from the floor. The outlet is operated with an electronic actuator. The outlet has a diverter line for samples / testing of product. In excellent condition. Last used in a pharmaceutical facility. FV / 50 psi @ 300 deg F. MAWP. -20 deg F @ 53 psi MDMT. This all stainless steel pressure tank is has a domed top with 4 - 2" outside diameter sani clamp connections. There is also a 6.5" and 7" outside diameter sani clamp connection inlets. the 6.5" has a sani clamp cover, the 7" is open. The tank is 21.5" diameter inside x 25" deep. Approximately 140 litres (37 gallon) capacity. It has a bottom centre out that comes out the front. The outlet is 2" outside diameter sani clamp connection that's 4" from the floor. It has a working pressure of 75 psi @ 300 deg F. Min temp -20 deg F @ 75 psi. In excellent condition. It has a CRN number M7028.5. The inside the unit doesn't look like it's been used but on the outside someone has spilt paint on it and it needs to be removed. It comes on a set of casters with a handle at the back so you can move it around like a dolly.

The jacket on this tank runs as a coil system on the outside of the tank and on the bottom. The tank has a 1 piece hinged lid that can be removed. It has a mounting bracket for a mixer. There is a 2.5" outside diameter sani clamp connection outlet with butterfly valve. The tank outlet is 20" from the floor and 16.25" from the floor with the butterfly valve on. The tank is on casters. In good condition. Jacket 100 psi. 350 deg F @ 155 psi.

Drum is emptied completely by a plunger, which is forced upwards from the bottom by compressed air at a pressure of up to 1 bar. The drum contents can then be led through product piping directly to the production system. Comes with lid and clamp and a sits on a carts for transport and storage. Last used in a cosmetic facility. It has a 31" long centre shaft with a screw auger on the bottom to feed the product through the outlet. The tank is 25.25" diameter x 32" deep overall (14.25" sidewall and 17.75" cone). Approximately 40 gallon capacity. The tank has a 8.5" outside diameter sani clamp connection outlet that's 28.25" from the floor. There is a reducer on the outlet with a 316 stainless steel butterfly valve. The butterfly valve has a 3.5" outside diameter sani clamp connection outlet that's 23" from the floor. The tank is on casters. Last used in a cosmetic facility.

Stainless steel mixing tank with mild steel legs and bridge. The tank is 48" diameter x 34" deep. Approximately 260 gallon. There are 4 baffles that are bolted across the top of the tank (below the bridge) that are removable. The mixing blade is fixed in the bottom of the tank so the outlet is slightly off set to the centre. The outlet inside the tank is 2" diameter. The tank has a threaded outlet that has a 3" diameter sani clamp connection threaded onto it that's 21.25" from the floor. The bottom of the tank is jacketed. The legs and bridge are painted mild steel. In good condition. Last used in a neutraceutical facility.

Stainless steel 1250 liter (330 gallon) mixing tank with mild steel painted legs. The tank has a domed top with a 18.5" diameter manway. The mixing shaft is 1.25" diameter x approximately 48" long with 2 impellers on it. The tank is 52" diameter x 53" deep (42.5" sidewall) and has baffles on the side and bottom. It has a cone bottom with a 1" inside diameter threaded outlet. On the outlet there is a 2" outside diameter sani clamp connection elbow that's 12" from the floor. There is a sight glass on the side of the tank but the tube is missing. Last used in a facility making soap & cleaners.

Stainless steel tank with mild steel painted legs and cross peices underneath. The tank is 50.25" diameter x 60" deep (approximately 2000 litre, 525 gallon). It has a flat bottom that slopes to the bottom side outlet. The outlet is threaded 2" diameter that's 21.75" from the floor. It has the mounting bracket if you wish to add a mixer. There is a spot for a sight glass but it looks to be closed off. Comes out of a soap and cleaning facility.

This reactor has a cone bottom and sits on load cells. It's approximately 100 gallons. The tank is 32" diameter x 41" deep overall (28" sidewall (24" jacket) & 13" cone). The jacket runs along the side and bottom of the tank. It has a domed top with a 18" manway. The manyway has 2 - 4.75" outside diameter sani clamp inlets. One is being used for a Rosemount pressure guage. The mixer also comes through the manway. Made by Eastern Mixers it's 230 / 460 volt, 3 ph, 1 hp. It has a 1" diameter shaft that goes to approximately 4" from the bottom. Before the jacket starts there are 2 more 4.75" outside diamter sani clamp connection inlets. One is being used as a site glass the other has a pressure relief valve. The outlet has an electric diaphragm valve on it made by Asepco (serial E31224). It's a 2" outside diameter sani clamp connection that's 13" from the floor but it would be a little if you used the load cells. Vessel & jacket max allowable pressure 50 / FV psi @ 300 deg F. Vessel & jacket min design metal temp -20 deg F @ 50 / FV psi. National board #648. In very good condtion. Last used in a neutraceutical facility.

This single wall tank is 61" diameter x 59" tall (54" sidewall), 2650 litre (700 gallon). The tank has a 2" inside diameter bottom centre threaded outlet, that's 14.75" from the floor. It has mild steel legs and frame underneath the tank. It has a sight glass but the glass is missing. There was a small hole in the tank that has been repaired. The tank originally came with a top mounted mixer but the bridge was no good. We still have the mixer. It's 575 volt, 3 ph, 1 hp. and it would reach down to 15" from the bottom of the tank. Comes out of a soap and cleaning facility.

This is an insulated 2 compartment tank with a mixer in each tank. Each tank has a hinged 1 piece lid that has a 1.5" diameter inlet and a 14.5" diameter manway with a lid. Each tank is 25.25" wide x 35.75" long x 34" deep (35" deep at the outlet), approximately 125 gallon each. The outlet is a 2" diameter threaded connection that's 10.25" from the floor. The mixers in each tank are 110 volt with an on / off switch on the back and are mounted on the lid. It has stainless steel legs but 1 is mild steel. In good working condition. Last used in a food facility.

The outlet is 30" from the floor and 27" to the elbow. It has mild steel painted legs on casters. In good condition. Last used in a food facility.
