Inline filler with bag sealer

This in line filler with bag sealer consists of a Twin head piston filler with single 3/4" no drip fill nozzle and a conveyor mounted Emplex MPS Lite sealer. The customer was filling 950 g of  liquid into pouches and sealing. Each piston is 500 ml so you can fill up to 1 litre. This was being done semi automatically using a foot switch to activate the filling cycle. The variable speed conveyor is 4.5" wide x 120" long. The machine also has container indexing if you want to run bottles. A second nozzle can be added to fill 2 at a time.
