Semi Automatic Bundler & Tunnel

Damark semi-automatic sleeve wrapper with Damark S24 shrink tunnel.  

An operator is required to push the product through the film and activate the sealing system. 

Top speed of 8 per minute.  

Machine specs are as follows: 

• 24" wide sealing bar
• twin motorized film unwinds
• motorized take away conveyor
• pneumatic sealing head
• easy load film system
• on casters
• Note: the sealing bar needs to be recoated. 

Shrink Tunnel specs

• Heating chamber 16" wide x 34" long x 11.5" high
• 14" wide mesh teflon belt
• variable speed controls
• cooling station to cool and set film after it exits the tunnel
• overall dimensions 78" long x x 31" wide x 67" tall.(adjustable height feet)
• on casters
